Kyle is very kind, attentive and professional. We visited many different apartments together and he quickly understood what I was looking for. He took care of all the negotiation with the landlord which made moving in smooth and easy. I can only recommend him!

Agnes listens carefully to my ideas and helps fulfill my requirements. Many thanks for her assistance. She recommended an apartment that my wife and I both like. I really appreciate it!

Everything was at the highest level. Kyle was always in touch, a very professional specialist. He knows English perfectly, which is a huge plus for foreign visitors. I recommend him for a promotion and an increase in salary. We will be happy to contact you again

It was my first time in Hangzhou. I'm really grateful for Tina's great support. With her help, I successfully found a suitable apartment. The whole process from viewing to move‑in went very smoothly. Highly recommended!

Very hard working, thorough, and efficient. Went to great lengths to negotiate rent and get appliances fixed when they broke. Good English skills, easy to communicate with. Always responded to messages quickly.

In a word, CiCi is amazing. I found her through a friend's referral. She was immediately responsive and helpful. She shared multiple properties that met my company's requirements as well as my personal requirements. This is my second year in China, and I moved from Shanghai to Hangzhou. CiCi is incredibly thoughtful and easy to work with. She even sacrificed her time during the weekend to help me get settled into my new apartment. I give CiCi 5 stars, and strongly recommend her. ?

We contacted Tina online at the beginning. From our‑very first meeting, I could tell how professional she was, which earned my full trust. She put in tremendous effort and thorough research to find me a suitable apartment. Throughout the whole process, Tina was patient, reliable and highly‑professional. Her after‑sales service is also excellent. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a rental property.

She is ...
Efficient - Got an me a good apartment in a limited amount of time.
Helpful - When it comes to communicating with the landlords whether it is about an invoice or apartment furniture.
Professional - When dealing with housing lease, contract stipulations etc.

Sherry was absolutely fantastic throughout my apartment search in Hangzhou. From the beginning, she was professional, patient, honest and genuinely focused on helping me find a place that suited my needs rather than simply trying to close a deal.

She took the time to understand my budget, work location and payment requirements, arranged several viewings, explained everything clearly, and went back and forth with landlords to negotiate on my behalf. Even when some of the apartments I really liked didn't work out because of timing or lease terms, she continued helping without ever making me feel pressured.

Relocating to a new city can be stressful, especially as a foreigner navigating different rental requirements, but Sherry made the whole process much easier and more comfortable. Her communication was excellent, and I really appreciated how supportive and transparent she was throughout.

I would happily recommend Sherry to anyone looking for an apartment in Hangzhou. Thank you for all your help and for making the experience such a positive one!

Thank you so much, Tina! You arranged everything in advance for me. It has been such a pleasant renting experience and your service is highly recommended.

Excellent service! Tina was professional, responsive and made the entire rental process smooth. Tina found the perfect place for us as we had lots of restrictions. Helped us to communicate with the landlord very efficiently. We've been with Hangzhou Plus for 10 years and they have always helped us with all our requirements. Highly recommend!
