Anyone who's ever been to China will know that the language barrier doesn't always make things easy, especially in a formal setting like renting an apartment. With Tina, you won't have to worry about any of that. With her outstanding intercultural skills, she'll accompany you throughout the entire process. She's very quick to respond and goes to great lengths to resolve any concerns you might have. My experience with her has been nothing but positive and you may rest assured you're in good hands if you choose Tina as your agent.

I came to Hangzhou in April and was referred to Tina and Robert by some colleagues in my company. From the start I got the feeling they totally understood my requirements and we didn't have to search too long to find the perfect place for me. They did all negotiations with the landlord to my satisfaction and support me after moving in with all necessary repairs and adjustments. I would recommend them to other Expats in Hangzhou. Thank you!

When we were in a hurry to find the right apartment this summer we contacted HousingPlus for help. York was always 100% responsive and organized several options - according to our specific wishes -only hours after my request was sent. He was friendly, guided us professionally through the whole process of finding a new apartment and after only 3 days we had a signed contract. Also the moving in process was smooth and convenient. York was always at our side and supported us wherever he could. We are very happy working with HousingPlus and York.
