Cherry was really understanding of my needs. We visited appartment with the exact criteria I asked. The visit and then the contract signature was really efficient and she was always available to help. I would recommend her for appartement searchig when arriving in China where you need to understand all new life aspects.

Cici was our real estate agent during three years in Hangzhou , China. She managed everything from lease negotiation, set-up of the apartment and resolved all issues we faced. I appreciated working with Cici. She managed each step softly, supporting constructive and positive relationship between us and the owner. She was available each time needed and even on emergency mode. She was a solution-provider and a kind support when we had difficulties even not related to our apartment. In few words, I would describe her as very professional, solution provider, making business relationships nice, soft and successful.

Great agency in Hangzhou. Been looking for apartment for weeks without success, agencies wouldn't follow my requirements. Once I talk with Plus agency, I got an appointement 2 days later to visit several apartments and finally found what I was looking for. Efficient agency! Strongly advice to trust them
