It has a total construction area of approximately 350,000 square meters. The plaza encompasses large-scale commercial centers, leisure and entertainment centers, indoor pedestrian streets, Hangzhou Gold Street, and high-end office buildings, making it a top-level urban complex that integrates commerce, leisure, entertainment, culture, and business. After completion, the project will form a new urban commercial district centered around Hangzhou Wanda Plaza. It will serve as a comprehensive service center for the city, encompassing commercial, financial, entertainment, leisure, and business centers.
